This San Francisco 49ers Throwback Mini Helmet has been hand signed by Joe Montana. Mr. Montana added the HOF 00 Inscription. The helmet will include the Joe Montana Hologram affixed to the helmet, the photo of Joe Montana signing and Certificate of Authenticity from Creative Sports Ent, Inc with matching holograms on the helmet and certificate.  |
